I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, just opposite the Matsumoto station, making it easy to walk to. The room with the double bed was tiny, which was a downside. The service was good, especially with helpful staff offering tours/ticket assistance. However, the dining options were limited to shabu-shabu only.
